  • Public System Recordings, a new French/Australian label, will launch this May. It's the creation of Victor Lamont (real name Eric Strykert) and Myn (real name Matthieu Foltyn), the Parisian artists behind Melbourne promotion outfit Eighty Nine. With Foltyn back home in France and Strykert remaining in Australia, the pair will be operating the raw, Detroit techno-inspired vinyl label from opposite sides of the globe. Their first release will be a split 12-inch titled "Service Elevator." due out May 11th. It feature two tracks apiece from Plan B boss DJ Spider and Nashville producer Grey People.
