Sven Väth, Maceo Plex, Recondite play Barrakud Croatia 2015

- The fourth edition of the Pag festival will take place over one week in August.
- This year's Barrakud in Pag, Croatia, will take place from August 8th through 15th. Barrakud will be taking place for the fourth time. The action again goes down at Zrce Beach, an area that also hosts well-known festivals Hideout and Sonus. As usual, house makes up a big part of Barrakud's lineup this year, supplied by Maceo Plex, Barnt and Ellen Allien. Sven Väth, who played at Barrakud 2014, will return to DJ, while Recondite is confirmed to play live. More than 50 acts appeared at last year's event, so expect plenty more names to be added to the lineup in the coming weeks and months. A smaller edition of Barrakud will go down on the Greek island of Corfu a few days before the Croatia event. Held from July 29th through August 2nd, no-nonsense techno will have a sizeable presence, delivered by Rødhåd and Ø [Phase]. Other acts billed include DJ Koze, Scuba, Midland and Soul Clap, who will all likely deliver softer sounds. You can get tickets to both events here on RA.
