Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons drop debut album

- Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons have announced full details of an album called Message From The Other Side, due out via !K7 and Crosstown Rebels. The 14-track LP was produced between LA, London and Mexico, with help from James Ford of Simian Mobile Disco. The project, which is Lazarus' first full-length since 2009's Smoke The Monster Out, also includes a raft of international guests, including Egyptian percussionist Hossam Ramzy, US jazz pianist ELEW (AKA Eric Lewis) and Mozambican guitarist Neco Novellas. "There is nothing that compares to DJing under the stars," Lazarus says. "Or being responsible for soundtracking the rising of the sun and I wanted to create an album that reflects these beautiful moments." Message From The Other Side is out on May 18th. Lazarus will also take the project into the live sphere in 2015, with dates already locked in across the US, Ibiza and Ireland. You can stream the title track in full below. Tracklist 01.
