  • Elektron Grammofon will launch this spring. It's the label arm of Elektron, the Gothenburg, Sweden-based synth maker behind hardware like the Analog Keys, the Analog Rytm drum machine and the Octatrack sequencer. Elektron Grammofon will release music by acts who are using their gear. They'll press 300 vinyl copies of each release and donate all of the profits to charity. The first record, which will be available through Elektron's website in late spring, comes from the veteran duo Plaid. There isn't much more information on the label or the release at the time of writing. But for now, you can check out Elektron gear in any number of our Machine Love pieces.
