  • The tenth annual Pitchfork Music Festival will take place in Chicago's Union Park July 17th through 19th. The festival is by and large concerned with showcasing indie rock talent, but the three-day bill also contains a smattering of dance acts. Todd Terje & The Olsens and Caribou are booked to play on Saturday and Sunday respectively, their full-band live performances well-suited for the festival crowd. Saturday also has Warp act Future Brown spinning—the combo of Lit City Trax's J-Cush, Nguzunguzu and Fatima Al Qadiri follows a 2013 Pitchfork set from DJ Spinn and the late DJ Rashad. On Sunday, July 19th, the festival's final day, the polarizing UK producer SOPHIE and his QT collaborator (and PC Music boss) A.G. Cook will bring their unusual brand of club music to the outdoor stage. Jamie xx will also appear on Sunday, as will West Coast producer Madlib (in tandem with Freddie Gibbs) and How To Dress Well. Check out Terje's set from the 2014 edition of Norway's Øya Festival below.
