Laurent Garnier resurrects F Communications with The Home Box

- The French veteran is releasing a boxset of last year's Garnier EP series.
- Laurent Garnier will release The Home Box vinyl boxset on F Communications on March 30th. Back in 2014 the French artist released a run of five EPs as Garnier on five different labels: Still Music, 50 Weapons, Musique Large, MCDE and Hypercolour. Next month the French producer will release a sixth EP, Honey, I'm Home!, as part of a four-EP vinyl boxset. The other three records pull together previously released Garnier tracks alongside unreleased remixes from the likes of Marc Romboy, Voiski, Traumer, Bambounou and French Fries. In addition to four 12-inches, The Home Box comes with a bonus CD and a numbered poster. It will be released on Garnier's F Communications, which has been mostly dormant since 2008. Over a 14-year stint the label released music from artists like St Germain, Scan X, Jori Hulkkonen and Mr Oizo. There are currently no plans to release new music after The Home Box comes out. Garnier will be heading out on tour in support of The Home Box, with three release parties this weekend. First up is Berghain/Panorama Bar in Berlin on Thursday, February 19th. The following night he'll be at Oval Space in London (tickets here), while on Saturday, February 21st, he'll spin at Weather Winter in Paris.
