King Britt headlines Kompression in New Orleans

- The Philadelphia stalwart is booked for an extended techno set later this month.
- King Britt is the next guest at New Orleans house and techno party Kompression on Saturday, February 14th. The eclectic Philadelphia DJ and producer—who released an album on Hyperdub last year under the name Fhloston Paradigm—should be able to stretch out with this NOLA gig, which will happen on Valentine's Day just a few days before Mardi Gras. He's confirmed for a "4-plus hour techno set" at the two-room event at Dragon's Den, which will run until 7 AM. Support for the night includes residents Herb Christopher and Unicorn Fukr, along with the duo Junk Yard Rhythm Section. Admission will be open to those 18 and over.
