Kerri Chandler gets Deep in LA

- Kerri Chandler will follow a Valentine's Day gig in San Francisco with a party in Los Angeles on Sunday, February 15th. The veteran DJ, known for his attention to detail with regards to sound, space and equipment, mixed Watergate 15 last year, and the swinging '90s sound he helped pioneer is in the midst of a full-fledged revival. For the February party, billed as a Presidents' Day affair, he's joined by LA house veterans Doc Martin and Marques Wyatt. Wyatt's Deep event has been running for 15 years, recently playing host to Black Coffee and Loco Dice. Similarly, Martin's Sublevel is running strong and the LA rave pioneer also appears on this year's Coachella lineup. Wyatt and Martin recently spoke to NPR's Metropolis blog on their enduring friendship and early days as DJs.
