HTRK plots California tour

- The duo will play a couple of dates with DVA Damas in late February.
- Australian band HTRK will tour California with DVA Damas before heading to Mexico's Festival Nrmal. Last year, HTRK returned with their first album completed as a duo, Psychic 9-5 Club. RA's editorial staff would go on to vote it the number two album of 2014. The band recently released Body Lotion, a one-sided record made up of three unreleased tracks from the sessions for their 2011 LP, Work (Work, Work). Check out Kit MacDonald's positive take on that release here. HTRK will be joined by Downwards America duo DVA Damas for the Californian dates. They'll start out in LA, making their second visit to the weekly Part Time Punks night at the Echo on the 22nd. There, they'll be joined by Tropic Of Cancer, with whom HTRK recorded a radio session on their last visit to the city. The two groups will play San Francisco's Elbo Room on February 25th with DJ support from Justin Anastasi and Rachel Aiello. On March 1st, HTRK will appear at Mexico City's Festival Nrmal alongside Fatima, Huerco S. and many more. Check out Body Lotion's title track below.
