Autechre and Sven Väth play Melt! 2015

- Melt! has revealed the initial lineup for its 2015 festival, taking place at Ferropolis from July 17th through 19th. More than 30 acts have been confirmed for the 18th edition of the German festival, including headline act Kylie Minogue. Autechre lead the charge for the electronic contingent, joined by Jon Hopkins, Modeselektor, Giorgio Moroder, Clark, Nozinja, Nils Frahm, David August, The Bug and Dorian Concept. DJ-wise, the acts range from stadium techno (Sven Väth, Chris Liebing, Alan Fitzpatrick) and darker fare (Nina Kraviz, Rødhåd) to house (Ellen Allien) and more colourful sounds (Cashmere Cat and SOPHIE). Bonobo and Evian Christ will also DJ, while Cocoon's Mathias Kaden plays live. More names will be added as the festival draws nearer.
