- The new producer will release his debut album on Dom & Roland productions in late January.
Xanadu will drop his first full-length, Through The Oort Clouds, on January 26th.
The young drum & bass producer is the first artist to release tracks on Dom & Roland Productions aside from Dom himself. Xanadu started producing in 2011, and Through The Oort Clouds is his first full release following 2012's "Abstrakt" (which won the Outlook Festival producer competition that same year).
The label promises that the classic-leaning LP "[conjures] the early sonic experimentation and sci-fi surroundings of drum & bass's most formative years." Xanadu himself explains that the album is influenced by his love of space of and physics, and each track on Through The Oort Clouds is meant as a "snapshot" of the musical journey of the Voyager satellite.
