  • Mutual Dreaming will return for New Year’s Eve after eight months on hiatus. Organized by DJ, producer and video artist Aurora Halal, the roving party has been an important incubator for Brooklyn's more experimental house and techno sound. While it's moved between various warehouse and loft spaces since its inception in 2010, the event series has been on an extended break since its most recent home, 285 Kent, closed in January. Mutual Dreaming will make its comeback on the night of December 31st, headlined by scene staples Galcher Lustwerk, Huerco S., and DJ Richard. The location has yet to be announced, though lighting and environmental installations will be overseen by Nitemind, who also engineered the impressive setup at this year's Sustain-Release festival. For more on Mutual Dreaming, read Jordan Rothlein's recent interview with Aurora Halal for RA. Tickets for this event are available on RA.
