- The modular synth pro has an LP coming through Mindtours later this month.
Freerotation founder Steevio will release an album called Animistas at the end of February.
Animistas will be issued as a double 12-inch through Mindtours, the label that's primarily served as an outlet for Steevio's music since it launched in 2001. The album contains improvisations recorded during practice for live modular sets at last year's Freerotation festival and a Tenderhooks night at Corsica Studios in November. It's his fullest musical statement since 2004's double-vinyl release Rogue Patterns. As Juno Plus note, snippets of Animistas's eight tracks have been uploaded to SoundCloud, with a release date scheduled for late February.
