  • Gregory Darsa, AKA DJ Gregory, has lined up some intriguing new release and reissue plans for the coming months. The longtime French house producer has worked under few aliases over the years, DJ Gregory being the most prominent, resulting in records that often command high prices on the secondhand market. One of those is a 12-inch produced as Headcore for Versatile Records back in 1998. Details have now surfaced of a reissue for that one, which will come through Lazare Hoche Records on December 1st. Darsa has also been busy recently with Point G (or .g), a moniker that first surfaced in the late '90s as an outlet for his leaner, more pared-down house productions. He re-launched the project back in early 2013, setting up an eponymous imprint that has already been home to six releases (including a couple double 12-inches and one addendum to #3). Next up is #6, which will stretch across eight tracks and six sides of wax. It looks to be the most expansive Point G release to date, and it's scheduled to hit the streets on January 26th, 2015.
