  • Factory Floor will tour Australia for the first time next month. The London three-piece has been bouncing around labels like Optimo Music, Blast First Petite and DFA Records for the past few years—it was DFA who released their self-titled debut album back in September 2013. The band will perform five shows while in Australia this summer. First up is an appearance at Subsonic Music Festival up at Barrington Tops, NSW, which runs from December 5th through 7th. On the 9th they'll play at the Oxford Art Factory in Sydney, then on the 11th they'll take to the stage of Howler in Melbourne, where support comes from Roland Tings, Kangaroo Skull and a DJ set from HTRK's Jonnine Standish. Meredith Music Festival is their fourth stop—that's being held at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre in rural Victoria— before the tour comes to a close in Perth with a show at The Bakery that also features Kucka, Sacred Flower Union and Allstate.
