- Rush Hour will issue previously unreleased material from the Chicago house producer in December.
Rush Hour Recordings will release Vincent Floyd's Moonlight Fantasy in December.
The six-track EP compiles unreleased early works mastered from the original DAT tapes. Roughly active between the late '80s and mid-'90s, the producer of tracks like "I'm So Deep" and "Your Eyes" has left a lasting impression on house music despite a limited discography. The Amsterdam-based label aims to tell more of Floyd's Chicago story with Moonlight Fantasy. Rush Hour says: "All tracks are drowned with warm leads, dreamy drums and dragging melodies...the classic deep house sound in the vein of Larry Heard." The release is part of their ongoing Floyd reissue campaign.
