  • Bicep and Midland will release their debut studio collaboration via white label on Monday, November 24th. Though the UK artists have moved in similar circles for years, this is the first time they'll appear on a record together. The 12-inch, catalogued as FMBLAND001, features two versions of the same track, "D-Mil." The club mix is the kind of no-nonsense dance floor cut we've come to expect from the pair, merging choppy vocals, big-room stabs and a low-slung bassline. The dub is fractionally less dramatic, substituting the vocals for some mild 303s. You can listen to samples over at the Above Board website. In the weeks following the release, Bicep and Midland will play together for Trouble Vision at Corsica Studios on December 13th. Tickets are available here on RA.
