- Richard D James's post-Syro generosity continues with a clutch of free tracks uploaded to his SoundCloud page.
Aphex Twin has given away a 21-track collection of modular synth recordings and a few other unreleased tracks.
The freebie accompanied the second part of blogger Dave Noyze's extensive interview with Richard D James. (The first interview came with some music reportedly made by James's five-year-old son.)
The 21 modular tracks are about 12 years old, James says, and were made using (among other things) a Buchla synth. There's also a handful of unreleased tracks available to stream and download, which are embedded in the interview.
