- The Edinburgh producer will release his new album via Firecracker Recordings in December.
Firecracker Recordings will release Expressions, the new LP from the label's flagship producer Linkwood, this December.
Linkwood, AKA Nick Moore, has been with the boutique Scottish imprint since day one. "Miles Away," his vaunted collaboration with Firecracker founder Lindsay Todd (as Linkwood Family) was A1 on its first release. Since then, Moore has continued to work with the label, though he stepped away for his 2009 full-length System, which was released on Prime Numbers.
The surprise announcement of Expressions via Firecracker's Facebook was actually a long time coming. Linkwood first hinted at the existence of the new record in a 2013 interview with Little White Earbuds. Fellow Edinburgh resident Prosumer included the title track on his forthcoming fabric 79 mix.
