Henry Saiz will travel around US and Canada in October.
The dreamy producer recently released Reality Addendum (the follow up to his 2013 debut LP Reality Is For Those Who Are Not Strong Enough To Confront Their Dreams) on his own Natura Sonoris label. 2014 also saw the release of the Uroboros EP, a collaboration with his countryman Pional for Permanent Vacation. As per his background in underground metal, sound design and pop ghostwriting, Saiz has been reworking his productions for a live band. HIs trip across the pond follows a brief live tour of the US this past spring.
He'll begin the trip on October 3rd in Chicago, before heading to NYC to play at Brooklyn club Verboten alongside Gui Boratto and Chymera. He'll follow-up with dates in Toronto, Detroit and Montreal, before heading to the west coast for gigs in LA and San Francisco. His zig-zagging itinerary then takes him back to Calgary and way down south to Miami's Electric Pickle, where he'll conclude his tour.
Back in 2012, RA's Clare Dickins had a lengthy chat with Saiz on his influences and musical background.
Tickets for the New York and Los Angeles dates are available on RA.
