Marcel Dettmann visits the US

- The Berghain resident will play a few dates in September.
- Marcel Dettmann will play gigs in San Francisco, Seattle and New York beginning September 25th. The German DJ and producer is fresh off the release of fabric 77, a mix that "exploits techno's full-spectrum while maintaining a distinctive sound," according to RA's Tony Naylor. On the touring front, he's predictably busy—the quick trip to the States comes in the midst of constant European engagements. In the US, he'll spin at San Francisco's As You Like It party on Thursday, September 25th. He'll be supported by Matrixxman, a Bay Area producer and DJ who recently made his debut at Dettmann's home club, Berghain. Mossmoss will play a back-to-back set with Patrick Gil to open the evening. The following night, he'll head up to Seattle for Decibel festival's Ostgut Ton showcase at Q Nightclub. Panorama Bar resident Steffi will join him, as will New Yorker Anthony Parasole, whose Off The Grid EP landed on MDR last year. Parasole will also spin alongside Dettman the following evening at Brooklyn club Output.
