- The UK artist has handpicked a lineup for the two-day event in the south of France.
- The Andrew Weatherall Festival will return to Carcassonne, France, for September 26th and 27th. The festival debuted last year. Like the maiden addition, all the action will go down at The Château Comtal, a restored medieval castle with space for a few thousand punters. The lineup has been put together by Andrew Weatherall himself. On both nights, the music will get underway early in the evening, kicking off with Romanian dubby house duo Khidja. Other sets will come from Scott Fraser, garage rock outfit The Liminanas and Weatherall himself, spinning sets alone and with Sean Johnston (as A Love From Outer Space) and Timothy J. Fairplay (as The Asphodells).
