Mr Scruff to tour North America through August

- He's got nine US and Canada gigs on the schedule, starting this Saturday at Vancouver's Shambhala Music Festival.
- UK favorite Mr Scruff is about to embark on a rare North American tour. Scruff, who'll be supporting his latest LP Friendly Bacteria, is well known for his lengthy, wide-ranging DJ sets. He should have plenty of time to stretch out with these gigs—his first on the continent in around four years—as all have him slotted in for sets of three hours or more. First up is four hours at Shambhala Music Festival in Vancouver this Saturday afternoon. Next weekend has him swinging through Denver (his local debut), San Francisco (this one's a six-hour set) and Los Angeles. After a day off, Scruff will then visit Montreal on Tuesday the 19th, before hitting four more cities over the next four nights. There's Toronto, Washington DC and Brooklyn, and then finally a return to Chicago's Smart Bar on Saturday the 23rd, where an all-night, seven-hour set should end the tour with a bang. Tickets to the shows in Brooklyn (an Output rooftop party) and Chicago are available on RA.
