  • Dave Clarke has teamed up with Waves for a plug-in package. The Baron Of Techno's EMP Toolbox (the acronym stands for "electronic music production") collects seven Waves plug-ins that the veteran says he reaches for often. "With this collection," the company writes, "electronic music producers of any style will find what they need to give their mixes a professional lift." These plug-ins include the Aphex Vintage Aural Exciter, the API 560 graphic EQ, a tape machine emulator and the Scheps 73, a digital verison of the Neve 1073 channel strip that RA's Daniel Petry recently raved about in our tech section. Clarke himself colorfully breaks down his selections in the video we've embedded below.
The Dave Clarke EMP Toolbox is now available from Waves for $599.
