Rush Hour Music will release an album from Terrence Dixon called Theater Of A Confused Mind in September.
The album could be the last ever full-length from Dixon, who announced his retirement from making music back in April. It'll be his second album as Population One, and arrives 20 years on from the first (1994's Unknown Black Shapes, which came out on Claude Young's Utensil Records.) You can listen to sample clips of all eight tracks over at the Rush Hour distribution website. Album cut "Out Of Control," which is streaming via the YouTube player below, hints that Theater Of A Confused Mind will continue to mine Dixon's signature blend of sparse and artful electronics.
