- The UK producer will release a singer-songwriter-style album on R&S in September.
Paul White will release his next album on September 29.
The British producer is best known for his instrumental hip-hop, which he's released primarily on his own One-Handed Music label. Shaker Notes, his first solo album since 2011's Rapping With Paul White, marks quite a change, then: not only has he signed to R&S for the LP, but he's chosen an ensemble of instruments over his usual sampling equipment, according to FACT. Judging from first single "Honey Cats," which you can stream below, it's a more reflective affair in line with other chilled-out R&S signings such as Vondelpark.
