- The American producer will release his third album on Planet Mu in September.
Ital has recorded a third full-length for Planet Mu, due out September 8th.
New York's Daniel Martin-McCormick first appeared on the UK label back in 2012 with his two albums Hive Mind and Dream On, both of which had a more sample-heavy sound compared to the more organic and dubby approach he would take later, with the launch of his Lovers Rock imprint and his 2013 EP for Workshop.
The label says that Endgame was "inspired by recent excursions into psychedelics" and minimalist composers. Recorded mostly with hardware, Martin-McCormick had help mixing the record from noted LA synth wizard M. Geddes Gengras, and apparently also offers a "deeper, more penetrating emotional melodic clarity."
