Adelaide's Cuckoo Bar is gearing up for its sixth birthday celebrations on Saturday, July 26th.
In a town with a relatively condensed dance music scene, Cuckoo has established itself as one of Adelaide's most important nightspots, hosting international acts like DJ Koze, Linkwood, Eli Verveine and Kyle Hall. It's been a home to a number of local artists as well, including popular South Australian duo The Carter Bros, who have been a regular fixture at the club since its early days. The anniversary party will see Melbourne duo Sleep D, who released a 12-inch on Cuckoo Music last year, heading down to DJ on the night. Support will comes from the club's own Sanjii, 12" Phildo and Martin.
