  • New Orleans' house-and-techno party Kompression will celebrate four years in business this Saturday, June 28th. The series, put on by promoters Antipop and Party Well, has worked to highlight locals and bring international artists over its four years, with past guests including Francis Harris, Christian Martin and Superfreq head Mr C, who will return to headline their birthday shindig with an extended set. Going down at Dragon's Den this weekend, it's a late one (running until 7 AM), and Mr C will be supported by a full lineup of locals and residents including Herb Christopher, Unicorn Fukr, Ryan Deffes, Smurl and Carmine P. Filthy. Looking ahead, Kompression has another event lined up for July 26th at Dragon's Den, this time featuring LA luminary (and Sublevel head) Doc Martin. He'll also play an extended set, backed up by Herb Christopher and Unicorn Fukr. You can stream a recent radio session from Mr C below.
Tickets for the Doc Martin gig are available on RA.
