The American DJ will headline a four-date tour of the US, including a takeover of Governor's Island, in August.
Seth Troxler has lined up a four-date US tour in the middle of a very busy summer.
The American producer and DJ is in an enviable position right now—not only did he top our DJ Poll in 2012 and then hold steady at number five last year, but he's currently doing residencies at some of the world's most prominent clubs—including DC10 in Ibiza, where he'll be spending much of the summer. Troxler also recently launched two labels: Play It Say It, which debuted with a Sharam single, and Tuskegee, which he started with The Martinez Brothers and focuses on dance music of black and Latino heritage.
Troxler's tour will begin in DC on July 31st at the U Street Music Hall, followed by a night at the Lacuna Artist Loft Studios in Chicago, where he's billed alongside The Martinez Brothers and Filsonik. On August 2nd he'll host a Tuskegee showcase at HARD in LA, and then, finally, on the next day the label crew will take over Governor's Island, with Troxler joined by Martinez Brothers, Filsonik and Phil Moffa.
