  • Droid Behavior and Mount Analog will collaborate to throw an all-night party in Los Angeles on Saturday, July 5th. The evening will bring together one of the West Coast's most prominent techno crews, Droid Behavior, and Mount Analog, a record shop that opened in 2012 and has since been involved in events featuring a range of techno and experimental music. It'll be both the 48th edition of Droid's Interface series, and Mount Analog's eighth Nuit Noire event. A heavy-hitting group of DJs and live acts has been recruited for the occasion. Berghain resident Marcel Fengler is atop the bill, with three other Berlin-based artists confirmed as well: Grounded Theory founder Henning Baer, Milton Bradley—a resident at Grounded Theory, he'll summon the acid-drenched sounds of his Alien Rain project with a live set—and Our Circula Sound boss and Avian affiliate Sigha. Completing the contingent of out-of-town talent and rare bookings is Canadian industrial techno duo Orphx. Drumcell from Droid will be on hand to warm things up. The party will run from 10 PM to 7 AM at the Mount Analog shop. Tickets to Interface/Nuit Noire are available here on RA.
