Dimensions 2014 announces boat parties

- The Croatian festival has revealed details of 17 voyages, including our cruise with Marcel Dettmann and Anthony 'Shake' Shakir.
- Dimensions Festival has announced details of this year's boat parties. In total 17 boats will set sail around the Istria peninsula in August, starting on Thursday the 28th and running through until Sunday the 31st. The Resident Advisor boat party will run from 4:15 PM through 7:15 PM on Thursday 28th August, with Anthony 'Shake' Shakir and Marcel Dettmann both confirmed. The same day also sees boats hosted by Hyperdub (Kode9, Scratcha DVA, Cooly G); Hessle Audio (Pearson Sound, Ben UFO, Pangaea, Marquis Hawkes); and Ensemble (Space Dimension Controller, San Soda). Friday's highlights include an Apron Records boat party with FunkinEven, WTF vs Common Sense People with Roman Flügel, Seven Davis Jr and Greg Beato, Electric Minds with Move D and Dolan Bergin, Body Tonic with Vakula and a Release The Groove session with Parisian selectors Jeremy Underground Paris and Brawther. On Saturday six boats parties will take place, including Dance Tunnel vs. Zleep (ItaloJohnson, Damiano von Erckert); Nonsense (Onra, Andrew Ashong); Eglo (Daphni, Floating Points, Alexander Nut, Fatima); Exit (D-Bridge, Skeptical); and L.I.E.S. vs. Crème Organization (Ron Morelli, DJ TLR, Svengalisghost). The final round of parties, on Sunday, August 31st, includes Metalheadz with Goldie, a Weather Festival cruise with Trus'me and a White Material showcase with The Hydra that features Galcher Lustwerk, DJ Richard and Young Male.
