Giorgio Moroder will release a new single called "Giorgio's Theme" on June 9th.
After an extended period out of the spotlight, the disco pioneer made a comeback in 2013. As well as appearing on Daft Punk's Random Access Memories, he embraced social networking and performed his first ever DJ gig.
"It's not EDM," Moroder says of the new track, which he describes as having "some arpeggios and nice chords." "Giorgio's Theme" will be released as a free download by Adult Swim's label, Williams Street Records, who are releasing a track every week from June 9th until September 22nd.
