  • Around 30 new acts have been added to this year's Beacons Festival. Beacons will be taking place in the Yorkshire Dales from August 7th through 10th. Most of the new additions sit at the house end of the sphere, with a few live performers and techno acts thrown in. The live contingent is headed up by recent RA Sessions guest Neneh Cherry, who will be hitting the stage with London duo Rocketnumbernine. On the house front, Dusky, Ralph Lawson, Huxley and New York duo The Martinez Brothers are among the new names confirmed. Techno will be served up by Pariah, while anything-goes duo Optimo have also been locked in. These acts join the likes of Jon Hopkins, Dixon and Darkside on the bill.
