SFX Entertainment announces SunSets series

- The US dance music giant has announced a series of summer beach festivals. First stop: Weston-Super-Mare.
- Robert Sillerman's SFX Entertainment has announced a series of summer beach festivals called SunSets. The company made the announcement at last week's IMS in Ibiza. The run of outdoor festivals begins in the UK on July 5th at Weston-Super-Mare Beach. There will then be two events in Mexico—Playa Del Carmen on July 26th and Acapulco on August 2nd—before SunSet lands at Toronto Islands in Canada on August 16th. The final festival will happen in Ibiza on August 29th. The lineup for the Weston-Super-Mare event is topped by Disclosure, with Annie Mac, MK, Eats Everything, Sinden and Rob Da Bank also on the bill. SFX Entertainment's ongoing buy-up of companies operating in dance music has continued in 2014. The most recent purchases have been TMWRK Management, design company The Meta Agency, digital marketing firm Learned Evolution and Perryscope Productions.
