- The dance mainstays have revealed details of their next record, which will land in August.
The next Basement Jaxx album is called Junto, and will see release on August 27th.
Junto, which means "together" in Spanish, is the duo's seventh studio LP. It will be released on their own label, Atlantic Jaxx. "With this album, we wanted to do something that felt more at one with the world," says Felix. This vibe is explored on track titles like "Power To The People," "We Are Not Alone" and "Love Is At Your Side." To mark the album's release, the duo will play around a dozen live dates this summer, including Istanbul's One Love Festival, Fuji Rock in Japan and Bestival on the Isle Of Wight.
