Lenzman will release his debut album on June 16th.
Dutch producer Teije van Vliet has been reliably cranking out drum & bass 12-inches since 2007, gradually amassing an impressive catalog which includes labels like Subtitles, Soul:R, Shogun and Metalheadz, which will release the record. Vliet is especially known for his work with vocalists, and Looking At The Stars includes plenty of vocal collaborations from the likes of DRS, Martyna Baker and Steo. Press notes for the album claim that it's a more diverse affair than usual, "[showcasing] his influences from hip-hop, soul and beyond, competently working with a range of different vocalists and styles, palettes and tempos." The full LP will be preceded in May by a 12-inch sampler which features "My Tearz" and "Paper Faces."
