Demdike Stare and Emptyset play Heart Of Noise 2014

- The Austrian festival will take place for the fourth time in June.
- Austrian experimental music festival Heart Of Noise will return to Innsbruck with Demdike Stare, Emptyset and Rashad Becker next month. Heart Of Noise's focus is on darker strains of experimental electronic music. The upcoming edition will be its fourth, and features a solid lineup of live acts. Brits include Demdike Stare, Emptyset, Russell Haswell and The Haxan Cloak, sharing the bill with PAN-approved Berliner Rashad Becker and Americans Wolf Eyes and Holly Herndon. Italian producer Hard Ton will provide some respite from the hard-edged headiness with his dance floor-friendly house sound. A long list of Austrian acts have been billed, too. The action will go down over three consecutive nights, beginning Friday, June 6th. A variety of venues will be in use. There will be a warm-up session taking place on May 22nd at P.M.K with Japanese artist KK Null.
