Egg turns 11 with Solomun

- The London venue will celebrate its birthday in the company of the Diynamic chief.
- Egg London will celebrate its 11th birthday on Saturday, May 3rd. Having been open since 2003, Egg is one of the longest-running venues in London's ever-changing club scene. The club has undergone some upgrades recently, fitting a new custom-built Flipside soundsystem in every room. They've booked Diynamic label head Solomun to play an extended set at their birthday bash next month. Support on the terrace comes from DJ Phono, while Familia will oversee the action on the ground floor. The next few months feature plenty of big-name headliners. Juan Atkins will play on May 10th, with Dennis Ferrer and Danny Tenaglia following on May 16th and 17th respectively. Morgan Geist will spin as Storm Queen on June 20th, before Parisian outfit dOP play live on June 4th. UK dance music icons A Guy Called Gerald and 808 State will stop by on August 24th for the Promised Land Acid House Party. Tickets to Egg London events are available here on RA.
