Theo Parrish to play live at Dimensions 2014

- Dimensions Festival has added a new wave of acts to the bill for this year's edition, which runs from August 27th through 31st at Fort Punta Christo in Croatia. Top of the pile is the revelation that Theo Parrish, who was confirmed to play Dimensions back in February, will be performing with his live band (a recently announced show at the Barbican in London quickly sold out). A strong techno contingent has been added to the bill, with Ben Klock, Marcel Dettmann, Robert Hood and Petar Dundov all confirmed. Tama Sumo and Nick Höppner will rep the housier end of things. Jackmaster, Oneman and Special Request can be expected to provide some boisterous UK sounds, while breakthrough acts like Kelela and Greg Beato will also be given the chance to shine. Other bookings span hip-hop, beats, disco and drum & bass, with Onra, Kutmah, Ilija Rudman and Calibre all locked in, and US indie act Warpaint playing live. The lineup for this year's opening concert has also been locked in. Taking place at a 2000-year-old amphitheatre, Caribou (whose founder Dan Snaith will also play as Daphni at the festival) will be joined by Darkside, Nils Frahm and Kwabs.
