- Smart Bar will host a live set from the New York duo.
- NYC's Blondes will touch down in Chicago to headline Smart Bar next Friday, April 18th. It's been a few years since the duo of Sam Haar and Zach Steinman played the Windy City. In the interim, they've crafted two well-received albums of driving, atmospheric techno for Rvng: their self-titled 2012 debut LP and last summer's Swisher. They've also kept busy turning heads with their machine-heavy live sets, which is how they'll be playing at Smart Bar. Chicago selectors Kiddo and Antiphase will handle the evening's local support—the duo will take turns on the decks before and after Blondes.
