- The experimental concrète LP will see release in April.
Reel-to-reel artist Valerio Tricoli will release an LP on PAN next month.
Miseri Lares is Tricoli's third release on PAN, following a collaborative album with Thomas Ankersmit and a split cassette with label founder Bill Kouligas. It's his first album in seven years, and described in a PAN press release as "a multilayered and heavilynuanced work which epitomises the uncanny in the realm of sound," with stylistic nods to concrète pioneers Bernard Parmegiani and Eugeniusz Rudnik, and American composer Robert Ashley, who died earlier this month. The album features spoken word samples in Italian and English that "play on the album's themes of the psychological, emotional and irrational horror within." Miseri Lares will be released on double-vinyl and digital formats.
