- The UK producer will release instrumentals leftover from the making of his second album in May and June.
SBTRKT will release three new 12-inches called Transitions this spring.
The six new tracks are instrumentals sourced from the cutting room floor of the sessions that produced his upcoming second album. According to FACT, the releases are a deliberate hearkening back to the original instrumental music the UK producer made before his blockbuster and vocal-heavy debut album. You can hear all the tracks at the Transitions website (which also reveals the trippy Moiré effect of the sleeve artwork), and they'll be released on a staggering schedule in May and June on vinyl and digital formats, through Young Turks as usual.
