  • A new festival called Jabberwocky will hit London in 2014, with the first edition going down on August 15th and 16th. Jabberwocky, which is being held at Docklands venue ExCeL Centre, is the work of seasoned promoters ATP, online magazine Pitchfork and Barcelona festival Primavera Sound. For their first event they've invited a range of bands—including Neutral Milk Hotel, Deafheaven and drone metal outfit Earth—to perform alongside electronic acts like Caribou, Connan Mockasin and Hyperdub founder Kode9. Jabberwocky will also incorporate film and other arts, though full details are yet to be revealed. More bands and DJs will be added to the bill over the coming weeks and months.
