- Skatebård, Lindstrom and label founder Prins Thomas will all feature on the anniversary collection.
Prins Thomas's Full Pupp label will toast to ten years with a compilation, due out this month.
Since it launched, Full Pupp (and its sub-label Internasjonal) has flown the flag for Scandinavian disco. In keeping with the label's remit, the cast of 10 Years Of Full Pupp revolves around Norwegian artists, with a few tongue-twisting track titles dotted throughout (see Marius Vareid's "No Vil Eg Bort Og Gifta Meg Og Rydja Meg Ein Gard").
In addition to plenty of artists who have featured on Full Pupp down the years—Andre Bratten, Blackbelt Andersen and Øyvind Morken—Thomas's production sparring partner Lindstrom also appears. The label boss is on hand to chip in an original cut ("Alpha Tanga Lama"), an edit of Skatebård and a Diskomiks of Mental Overdrive's "Spooks." There will be two sides to the compilation: a double-CD release and a series of four vinyl samplers. The first two samplers are due out in late February, with the final two set to land in March.
