  • Made Event's Electric Zoo will put on its first festival in Mexico on May 3rd and 4th. The original Electric Zoo has happened in August over Labour Day weekend on New York City's Randall Island for the past five years. This new instalment is the first since promotions conglomerate SFX Entertainment purchased Made Event. The exact location of the new version is unclear, although we know it will take place in Mexico City itself over a weekend. The first round of announcements reveals four stages, including the more underground-oriented Sunday School stage which'll feature Sasha, Dubfire, Claude VonStroke and Lee Foss, with more to be announced. Among the headliners on the two main stages are Skrillex, trance giants Above & Beyond, Alesso, Hardwell, Martin Solveig, Dash Berlin, Knife Party and young Dutch newcomer Martin Garrix. The fourth stage will change each day, with Aly & Fila taking top billing for Saturday's Mountainview affair and Dillon Francis heading up the Sunday showcase for Skrillex's OWSLA label.
