  • Rush Hour Music has announced plans to reissue material from Chicago producer Vincent Floyd. For the time being, Rush Hour's precise plans are a bit vague: a label representative told RA they plan to "drop a few" Floyd records, with future transmissions including some unreleased material. Judging by the Amsterdam label's past reissue work for the likes of Anthony 'Shake' Shakir and Virgo Four, chances are their work with Floyd will be thorough and lovingly curated. "We met Vincent Floyd last March in Chicago and [because] we are longtime fans of his work, we asked for unreleased music," Rush Hour's Antal Heitlager said in a recent Q&A for the label's website. They'll kick things off with Your Eyes / I'm So Deep, a three-tracker of soulful deep house featuring vocalist Chan that was first released on Chicago institution Dance Mania back in 1990. You can listen to clips of all three tracks over at the Rush Hour distribution website. Tracklist 01. Your Eyes (Vocal) 02. Your Eyes (Intrumental) 03. I'm So Deep Rush Hour will release Your Eyes / I'm So Deep on February 10th, 2014.
