- The enigmatic UK producer will release his next album through RAMP in February.
Nochexxx will release Thrusters on February 24th, 2014.
Cambridge's Dave Henson debuted back in 2010 on Werkdiscs with the resolutely oddball "Smashing Your System," a single that combined bleepy electro with the broken rhythms of hip-hop. That's the sound he returns to for his first LP for RAMP Recordings, which the press release says "recollect[s] the rich synthesized lexicon of Drexciya and the prismatic glory years of Zomby." Like his previous work for RAMP, Thrusters is mostly instrumental, but features a vocal appearance from American rapper Zacky Funk Force on "Cola Duck."
