Downwards celebrates 20th anniversary in Rome

- Silent Servant and Samuel Kerridge will both play at the commemorative event for the UK label in December.
- Animal Social Club will host an event to celebrate two decades of Downwards on December 12th. Downwards was started in 1993 by Regis and Female, and has gone on to become one of the UK's most influential record labels. Following the release of 20 Years Of Downwards in September, and a party at Chicago's Smart Bar last week, former Sandwell District-affiliate Silent Servant (who runs Downward's US branch) will join label newcomer Samuel Kerridge in Rome on Thursday, December 12th. The pair will be supported by a host of local techno talent, including LSWHR residents Rawmance, Rottten and Luciano Lamanna.
