- The UK producer will release his third album through Echodub next month.
DFRNT has announced the details of his next album, Patience, due out on December 9th.
Edinburgh-raised, Latvia-based Alex Cowles has carved out a niche for himself in the more ambient end of dubstep and bass music. Most of his releases have come on On The Edge and his own Echodub label. The latter will release Patience, his third full-length and one that follows last year's Fading, which we described as "carefully rendered, lovingly placed and precisely mixed." Judging from this teaser mix, Patience is largely in the same vein, full of delicate melodies and soaked in reverb, albeit slightly more oriented towards 4/4 techno structures than the first two LPs.
